Text and Audio Data

When you use our text-to-speech services:

  1. Text Inputs: The text you submit for conversion to speech is processed by our systems to generate audio.
  2. Generated Audio: The audio files created from your text are stored temporarily to allow for downloading and playback.
  3. Data Retention: Service text and audio retention depends on the feature and your account status. Research copies follow the schedule below. For questions or deletion requests, contact support@airvoz.com.

Free Text-to-Speech Usage Research

To understand how people use free text-to-speech features, we may record the time and route of a generation, approximate location by country, input length, selected voice and language, speed, pitch, volume, style, output format, result, and play or download clicks. When you are signed in, research records may be linked to a pseudonymous account key rather than your email or account ID. Generation records are kept in the active research database for up to 30 days; aggregate reports omit account identifiers.

We may keep a short sample of text submitted for an eligible free generation to classify broad content types and improve the product. Each sample is limited to 16 KiB and is removed from the active research database within seven days. If we activate a one-time initial research window, we may select all eligible inputs for no longer than 72 hours; after that window, the normal policy selects approximately 5% of eligible inputs, with no more than 50 retained samples per UTC day for free text-to-speech. Selection is not a guarantee that every request will be recorded. Research samples are not used to train an AI model in this program. Cloudflare recovery history may retain deleted database content for a limited additional period; restored data must be cleaned again before research access resumes.

To request deletion of research records that can be linked to your account, contact support@airvoz.com from your account email. We will verify your request before deleting the linked research records. We may not be able to identify records from anonymous requests that have no account or other retained identifier. This research deletion process does not delete any separate projects or audio you intentionally saved in your account.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except in the following circumstances:
